Privacy policy

Smiler Services Limited collects the contact and address details you give us to quote, schedule and invoice work. We do not sell or share your information with anyone outside the people who need it to deliver the service (for example, a third-party hauler on a bulk topsoil order).

Card payments are processed by Intuit (QuickBooks Payments) through the Pay Now link on your invoice, or by Square at our yard; we never see or store your full card number. Invoices and payments are recorded in QuickBooks.

Delivery and service visits are logged with time, location and photos so that we can confirm the work was done. Photos are of the property only.
