We sell 3/8" screened topsoil by the cubic yard from our own yard at 18771 8th Ave, Surrey, BC, and deliver it with our own trucks — single-axle, tandem and tri-axle — across South Surrey, White Rock, Cloverdale, Langley and the rest of Surrey. No broker, no bags: you order the yards, we text the delivery total, and the driver drops it where you marked and sends a photo.

Questions we get every spring
- How much does topsoil cost per yard?
- $20.00 per cubic yard plus GST/PST, minimum 3 yards. Delivery is quoted by address and texted to you before anything is charged; picking up at our South Surrey yard is free.
- How much is one cubic yard of dirt?
- One cubic yard is 27 cubic feet — about one heaped full-size pickup load. Spread 3 inches deep it covers roughly 100 square feet; at 4 inches, about 80 square feet.
- Is your topsoil screened?
- Yes. It is screened to 3/8" so it arrives free of rocks, roots and clumps — ready for new lawns, garden beds, raised beds and levelling.
- Is topsoil the same as fill dirt?
- No. Fill dirt is subsoil used to raise grade or backfill and grows almost nothing. Topsoil is the organic, growing layer — use it for the top 4–6 inches anywhere you want grass or plants.
- Where will the truck dump it?
- Wherever the truck can safely reach: driveway, front lawn or boulevard. Mark the spot with a tarp or cone. Drivers won't reverse over lawns, septic fields or under low wires, and you get a photo of the drop.
- How big are your truckloads?
- Single-axle trucks carry about 7 yards, tandems about 10 and tri-axles about 14. Bigger orders are split across loads automatically.
- Do you deliver on weekends?
- Saturdays, yes. Sundays by arrangement for contractor accounts.
- Can landscapers and builders set up an account?
