Topsoil delivery in South Surrey
Screened topsoil by the cubic yard — $20.00/yd³ plus tax, minimum 3 yards — delivered to South Surrey by our own trucks.
Our topsoil yard is in South Surrey, at 18771 8th Avenue, so this is home turf. Short runs mean we can usually fit South Surrey drops in around the rest of the day's loads — and if you have a truck or trailer, you can load at the yard yourself for free.
Common South Surrey topsoil jobs
New-build lawns
Grandview Heights and the Morgan Creek infill lots often finish with thin, compacted builder's soil. Four to six inches of screened topsoil over it gives new sod or seed something to root into.
Acreage and hobby farms
Hazelmere and the Douglas area have bigger lots where tandem and tri-axle loads make sense — fewer trips, lower delivery cost per yard.
Commercial and industrial sites
Campbell Heights landscapers and builders can order on contractor accounts with PO numbers and net-30 terms.
Getting the truck in
Many Grandview and Morgan Creek homes have short, steep driveways. Tell us in the order notes if the drop needs to go on the street side or the boulevard instead.
